Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Generative AI Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and machine learning, with a focus on generative models. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying generative AI models to generate text, images, or other data types in innovative ways.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement state-of-the-art generative AI models.
• Conduct research on the latest AI technologies and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions.
• Analyze and interpret data to improve model performance.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in generative AI.

Qualifications:

• Experience using large language models, Langchain, vector databases, and cloud AI services to architect AI solutions (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, Azure ML)
• Expertise in prompt engineering, agentic frameworks, and retrieval augmented generation
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• Strong experience with AI and machine learning, especially generative models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
